How much will it cost to attend the event?

Costs will vary depending on the type of ticket you purchase and when you purchase your ticket. See ticket information page for more detail on ticket prices.

  • VIP Ticket – $150-$175
  • Beer Garden – $50-$65
  • General – $20-$30

Where can I purchase tickets?

Day of event tickets will be sold at the event; increased ticket prices for day of event sales.  

What are box office hours?

The box office will be open from 11:30am – 5:30pm.

Will there be food and drink available for purchase?

Turkey Mikes BBQ will be open during the event and beer and wine will be available for purchase.

General ticket holders can purchase food and beverages on site during the event.

Beer Garden ticket holders have access to the Beer Garden. Food can be purchased during the event.

VIP ticket holders have access to the VIP deck where catered food is available, access to the Beer Garden and receive an additional four (4) drink tickets for beer/wine.

Will there be alcohol available to purchase at the event?

Beer and wine will be available for purchase. We ask our attendees to drink responsibly.

Beer Garden tickets include complimentary craft beer tasting from 1:30-5:30 PM in the Beer Garden. VIP tickets include craft beer tasting plus additional drink tickets for beer/wines poured in the VIP area. See ticket information for more detail on what is included with each type of ticket.

Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into the stadium. Guests will be required to show valid identification.

About the artisan vendors

There will be a unique selection of  artisan vendors selling a wide variety of items — just in time to get some holiday shopping done early.  Vendor booths will be open from 12:00pm – 6:30pm.

Paid parking is available at the Excite Ballpark parking lot.

Disabled Guest Parking

A limited number of on-site disabled parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I reserve my seat for the concert?

The concert will be standing room for general admission ticket holders. VIP ticket holders will have access to a separate standing area closer to the stage and there will be a limited number of seats for VIP ticket holders (first come, first serve).

Are children allowed at the event? 

Yes! This is a family friendly event  – children under 12 are free.  There will be a FREE Kids Zone complete with bouncy house fun, face painting, card making/coloring, games and more.  The Kids Zone will be open from 12:00pm – 6:30pm.

Exit and Re-entry

Guests may exit the stadium at any time; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests may only re-enter the stadium if they obtain a re-entry stamp from an attendant prior to exiting (attendants will be located near the exit gates).

Bag Search

All attendees who enter through the gates of Excite Ballpark will walk through metal detectors and a bag check; we ask that attendees remove all large metal items from their pockets before the screening process to ensure everybody can enter the ballpark safely and quickly. Before entering, attendees are encouraged to check the Excite Ballpark website for a full list of prohibited items and leave those items in the car; prohibited items will be confiscated at the gate. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): food items, non-water beverages, glass bottles or cans, chairs, sticks, clubs, squirt guns, airsoft rifles, laser pointers or weapons of any kind.

Prohibited Items

In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment at Excite Ballpark, management reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into the ballpark. The following includes, but is not limited to, items that are not allowed into Excite Ballpark:

Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, food items, beverages, glass bottles or cans, ice chests or hard-sided coolers, chairs, camera tri-pods, sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks), fireworks, bullhorns or other noisemakers, animals (except certified services dogs), bicycles, skateboards or roller blades, squirt guns or super soakers, laser pointers, weapons of any kind. 


In accordance with San Jose Municipal Code Section 9.44.010 Excite ballpark is a smoke-free facility. In compliance with California League Rules, E-cigarettes are also disallowed.

Is there an ATM available?

Two (2) ATM Machines are available at Excite Ballpark. They are located on the Concourse at the Main Entrance.

What credit cards will be accepted at the event?

We will accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Heading South on I-280:

Take the 10th/11th Street Exit

Turn Right on 10th Street (One-Way).

Turn Left on Alma Street (Second Light).

Stadium is second building on the Right.

Heading North on I-280:

Take the 10th/11th Street Exit.

Turn Left on 10th Street (Second Light).

Turn Left on Alma Street (Second Light).

Stadium is second building on the Right.

Heading South on US-101:

Take the Story Road Exit.

West towards Excite Ballpark.

Turn Left on Senter Road (Fourth Light).

Turn Right on Alma Street (First Light).

Stadium is on the Left.

Heading North on US-101:

Take the Tully Road Exit.

West towards Excite Ballpark.

Turn Right on Senter Road (Third Light).

Turn Left on Alma Street (Sixth Light).

Stadium is on the Left.


There is a drop-off zone located at the main gate to Excite Ballpark on East Alma Avenue.

Public Transportation:

From Santa Clara Light Rail Station:

Take the 73 Bus Southbound towards Branham/Snell. Exit at Senter Road/Alma.

From Tamien Light Rail Station:

25 Bus Eastbound towards Alum Rock Light Rail Station, Exit at Story/Senter Road, Stadium is three blocks South along Senter Road.
