Join us for the Silicon Valley Pig Jig on October 6th 2018 at San Jose Municipal Stadium. Get ready for an all day concert with an amateur BBQ competition, beer garden, craft vendors, kids zone and games set in a tailgate like environment. All proceeds will benefit NephCure Kidney International.

Paid parking is available at the SJ Muni Stadium parking lot.

Disabled Guest Parking

A limited number of on-site disabled parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How much will it cost to attend the event?

Costs will vary depending on the type of ticket you purchase and when you purchase your ticket. See ticket information page for more detail on ticket prices.

  • General Admission Concert (GA CONCERT) – $20-$30
  • GA Concert + Beer Tasting (GA CONCERT + BEER) – $40-$50
  • VIP Ticket (VIP) – $150

Where can I purchase tickets?

Day of event tickets will be sold at the box office; increased ticket prices for day of event sales.  VIP tickets WILL NOT be for sale on the day of the event.

Will there be food and drink available for purchase?

There will be food and drink available for purchase at the event. VIP tickets include complimentary food in the VIP tent.

Will there be alcohol available to purchase at the event?

Beer and wine will be available for purchase. We ask our attendees to drink responsibly.

GA Concert + Beer Tasting tickets include complimentary craft beer tasting from 1:00-5:00 PM in the Beer Garden. VIP tickets include craft beer tasting plus additional drink tickets for beer/wines poured in the VIP area. See ticket information for more detail on what is included with each type of ticket.

Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into the stadium. Guests will be required to show valid identification.

How do I reserve my seat for the concert?

The concert will be standing room for general admission ticket holders. VIP ticket holders will have access to a separate standing area closer to the stage and there will be a limited number of seats for VIP ticket holders (first come, first serve).

What time do the doors open and close?

The doors will be open from 1:00pm – 9:00pm.

What are box office hours?

The box office will be open from 12:30pm – 8:00pm.

Are children allowed at the event? 

Yes! This is a family friendly event  – children under 12 are free.  There will be a FREE Kids Zone complete with bouncy house fun, face painting, card making/coloring, games and more.  The Kids Zone will be open from 1:00pm – 6:30pm.

Exit and Re-entry

Guests may exit the stadium at any time; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests may only re-enter the stadium if they obtain a re-entry stamp from an attendant prior to exiting (attendants will be located near the exit gates).

About the artisan vendors

There will be a unique selection of  artisan vendors selling a wide variety of items — just in time to get some holiday shopping done early.  Vendor booths will be open from 1:00pm – 6:00pm.

All bags are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Prohibited items should be disposed of in trash containers or returned to one’s vehicle.

In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment at Municipal Stadium, management reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into Municipal Stadium. The following includes, but is not limited to, items that are not allowed into Municipal Stadium:

  2. Food items
  3. Beverages
  4. Glass bottles or cans
  5. Ice chests or hard-sided coolers
  6. Chairs
  7. Camera tri-pods
  8. Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks)
  9. Fireworks
  10. Bullhorns or other noisemakers
  11. Confetti
  12. Animals (except certified services dogs)
  13. Beach balls or other inflatables
  14. Bicycles
  15. Skateboards or roller blades
  16. Squirt guns or super soakers
  17. Laser pointers
  18. Weapons of any kind

Is there an ATM available?

Two (2) ATM Machines are available at Municipal Stadium. They are each located on the Concourse at the Main Entrance.

What credit cards will be accepted at the event?

We will accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Directions to Municipal Stadium:

Heading South on I-280:

Take the 10th/11th Street Exit.

Turn Right on 10th Street (One-Way).

Turn Left on Alma Street (Second Light).

Stadium is second building on the Right.

Heading North on I-280:

Take the 10th/11th Street Exit.

Turn Left on 10th Street (Second Light).

Turn Left on Alma Street (Second Light).

Stadium is second building on the Right.

Heading South on US-101:

Take the Story Road Exit.

West towards Municipal Stadium

Turn Left on Senter Road (Fourth Light).

Turn Right on Alma Street (First Light).

Stadium is on the Left.

Heading North on US-101:

Take the Tully Road Exit.

West towards Municipal Stadium.

Turn Right on Senter Road (Third Light).

Turn Left on Alma Street (Sixth Light).

Stadium is on the Left.


There is a drop-off zone located at the main gate to Municipal Stadium on East Alma Avenue.

Public Transportation:

From Santa Clara Light Rail Station:

Take the 73 Bus Southbound towards Branham/Snell. Exit at Senter Road/Alma.

From Tamien Light Rail Station:

25 Bus Eastbound towards Alum Rock Light Rail Station, Exit at Story/Senter Road, Stadium is three blocks South along Senter Road.
